On a heart-wrenching day, Saturday, October 7th, the lives of thousands of families in Israel were forever changed. These families experienced the invasion of their communities by 2,000 Hamas terrorists. What followed was unimaginable: men, women, and children were killed, burned, and subjected to heinous acts; entire households were lost, homes turned to ashes, and possessions reduced to memories. It is estimated that approximately 7,000 households directly felt the impact of this tragic event.

In addition to the civilian population, our brave soldiers and their families have also borne the heavy burden of this conflict. 450,000 reservists, husbands, fathers, sons, and daughters, left their families and livelihoods behind to defend their nation.

Many soldiers are on the frontlines, risking their lives daily to protect our nation. Their families live with the constant worry and fear of the unknown, enduring sleepless nights and anxious days.
